Delivery and Returns

Delivery

Given the nature of our items, we require a signature on receipt. We aim to dispatch all items on the same working day when ordered before 12 noon (British time). Our delivery options:

• 2nd class signed (UK only): £4.50

  Delivery aim: 2 to 3 working days, including Saturdays

• 1st class signed (UK only): £8.00

  Delivery aim: next working day, including Saturdays. Please note that all orders must be placed before 12 noon (British time) Monday to Friday or before 9 am on Saturdays in order to qualify for next working day delivery. Orders placed after this time may be dispatched on the following working day.

• Worldwide tracked and signed (international): £12.00

Delivery aim: within 3 to 5 working days in Europe, and worldwide within 5 to 7 working days

Returns

If you’d like to return an item, please notify us at info@cazzana.com within 14 days of delivery, specifying your order number and which item you’d like to return. Please then arrange to safely and securely return your item to us in the original packaging addressed to the address given in your parcel on receipt. Please retain proof of postage. You must send off the item within 14 days of telling us that you wish to end the contract. We will then arrange a full refund in accordance with our terms and conditions. Please see our terms and conditions for full details. Nothing in our terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.
